IWI US, Inc. offers a 5 Year Limited Product Warranty commencing from the date of initial retail purchase.

 

How do I request service/warranty/repair work for my IWI US, Inc. product?

If I live in Canada, will I be able to buy from IWI US, Inc.?

IWI US, Inc. only provides weapons and products within the United States.

Does IWI US, Inc. offer tours of its Harrisburg, PA facility?

IWI US, Inc. is an ITAR manufacturing facility and is not open to the general public for tours of any kind.

Will I be able to purchase small parts such as springs, screws, firing pins, etc.?

Yes, these items are currently available on our web store.

What do I need to do to convert my TAVOR SAR or TAVOR X95 to the opposite hand configuration?

Left hand conversions for our Tavor SAR and Tavor X95 can now be handled through authorized distributors and dealers who have received armorer certification from IWI US.

I placed an order and now I need to add or remove an item. What can I do?

 

If your order has been picked up by one of our shipping partners we cannot change the items ordered. We ship Monday – Friday.

If you received tracking information for Flat Rate Shipping orders and it is after 11:00 am (ET) or after 1:00 pm (ET) for UPS orders we cannot change the items ordered. If it is before 11:00 am (ET) for Flat Rate Shipping or before 1:00 pm (ET) for UPS you can contact Web Store Customer Service at sales@iwi.us or by calling us Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (ET) at 717-695-2081 and we will cancel your order and you can place a new one.

Do you take backorders?

We do not take backorders but if you sign up to be notified when an item is available you will receive an email when information for that item is available.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington D.C. and the U.S. Territories. Please see our Shipping Policy here for more information on shipping.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

If your order qualifies for flat rate shipping you may ship to a P.O. Box.
If your order does not quality for flat rate shipping you must choose UPS SurePost to ship to a P.O. Box. If you place an order and have it shipped to a P.O. Box but do not choose UPS SurePost we will have to contact you for a different address or change your shipping method. This will delay the time it takes to ship your items and no refunds will be issued for shipping

I want to change my shipping method or address after I have placed an order. Can I do this?

If your order has been picked up by one of our shipping partners we cannot change the shipping method or shipping address. We ship Monday – Friday. UPS offers UPS My Choice which may also allow you to change shipping method, shipping address and other delivery options.

How fast can I get my order?

We will try to accommodate all orders placed as fast as possible. Please see our Shipping Policy for details on shipping.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

If your items are damaged or your package lost or stolen please contact us at 717-695-2081 Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (ET) or email us at sales@iwi.us.

I don't have an email address or I don't want to make an account. How can I place an order?

We currently do not have an anonymous purchase and all sales must create an account. Please note that by creating an account you will have easy access to orders you have placed and your information will be saved for future purchases. Also note we do not save your credit card information even if you make an account.

Do you collect sales tax?

We currently collect sales tax only for Pennsylvania residents. The sales tax of 6% applies to all items purchased except for apparel. Sales tax also applies to shipping cost.

Is it safe to use my credit card/debit card here?

Yes! All credit card sales are processed by a third party credit card processing center, in order to protect your credit card information they use secure socket layer (SSL) encryption and they are PCI Compliant. Our web store also uses secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. This protects your personal information.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We accept debit cards as long as they are Visa or MasterCard debit cards.

Do you accept checks or money orders?

We currently only take credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover) to process orders. We can also accept Visa and Master Card debit cards.

Do you have gift certificates or gift cards?

We currently do not have gift certificates available.

I need to return an item. How do I do this?

Please see our Return & Exchanges here for information on returns.

Do you sell firearms from the web store?

We do not sell firearms direct to the public. For information on where to purchase our firearms please see our Distributor List.

How old should I be to place an order?

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our web store.

What will you do with the information you collect?

We will never sell, trade, rent or share your information with anyone. The information we collect from you will only be used to process your order and ship it to your desired shipping address. We may contact you about your order or ask you to take a survey.

How do I delete my account?

You can contact us at sales@iwi.us or call us at 717-695-2081, Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (ET) and we can delete your account.

There's a product I think you should sell! How can I let you know?

I need to change my address/phone number/email address or my password. How can I do this?

If you log into your account and go to the section “my account” you can update any of your information including changing your password.

If you have forgotten your password please click the “forgotten password” link in the sign in section and enter your email address to reset the password. If you seem to not be receiving the email please add forms@quarternotesystems.com to your address book.

What Tavor® items are compatible between the Tavor® SAR and the Tavor® X95™

If a part is titled “Tavor®” it will be compatible in either your Tavor® SAR or the Tavor® X95™. Further information will be listed in the description of the item.

If a part is titled “Tavor® SAR” it is only for the Tavor® SAR
If a part is titled “Tavor® X95™” it is only for the Tavor® X95™

What do I need to do to convert my TAVOR SAR to the opposite hand configuration?

I already own an AR-15, will I be able to use my AR-15/M16/STANAG type magazines in my TAVOR SAR?

Yes, the TAVOR SAR chambered in 5.56NATO accepts all 5.56NATO/.223 REM AR-15/M16/STANAG magazines.

What magazines will the TAVOR 9mm conversion kits use?

The 9x19mm conversion kit for the TAVOR will take a modified Colt style AR-15 9mm magazine.

Can the TAVOR 9mm caliber conversion kit be set up in the left hand configuration?

Yes, TAVOR 9x19mm caliber conversions can be configured to left hand without any additional parts.

What optics come with the TAVOR SAR?

The Tavor SAR Flattop series come with a full length Mil-Std Picatinny rail for mounting optics, or mechanical sighting systems. They also include integral back up “flip-up” sights built into the rail. The TAVOR SAR IDF model comes standard with a Meprolight MEPRO 21 Day/Night illuminated reflex sight mounted directly to the barrel.

What is the thread pitch for TAVOR SAR barrels?

The TAVOR SAR 300 AAC “Blackout” barrel utilizes a 5/8x24mm thread pitch.
The TAVOR SAR 9x19mm (9mm Para) barrel utilizes a 1/2×36 thread pitch.
The TAVOR SAR 5.56 NATO (5.56x45mm) barrel utilizes a 1/2×28 thread pitch.

What is the barrel twist rate of the TAVOR SAR?

The twist rate of the barrel in 5.56NATO is 1:7, right hand.
The twist rate of the barrel in 300 AAC “Blackout” is 1:7, right hand.
The twist rate of the barrel in 9mm Parabellum is 1:10, right hand.

Is the barrel of the TAVOR SAR Chrome Lined?

The barrel and chamber of the TAVOR SAR in 5.56NATO and 300 AAC “Blackout” are  chromed lined.
The barrel and chamber of the TAVOR SAR in 9mm are not chrome lined.

In what calibers will the GALIL ACE be available?

The GALIL ACE series of firearms will be available in 7.62x39mm, 7.62x51mm NATO (.308 Winchester), and 5.56x45mm NATO (.223 Remington).

What magazines will be compatible with the GALIL ACE?

The GALIL ACE in 7.62x39mm will accept most standard AK-47/AKM type magazines. Note: IWI US, Inc. cannot guarantee compatibility with all AK-47/AKM type magazines.
The GALIL ACE in 7.62x51mm NATO (.308 Winchester) will accept SR25 type magazines.
The Galil ACE in 5.56x45mm NATO (.223 Remington) will accept AR15/M16/M4 STANAG type magazines.

How many magazines will come with the GALIL ACE?

The GALIL ACE will come with one magazine.

What model variations will be available for the GALIL ACE?

The GALIL ACE, in all three calibers, will be available in three variations. A pistol variation a pistol with a stabilizing brace variation, and a rifle variation.

Galil ACE (GAP39) Recall Information

IWI US is conducting a recall of all Galil ACE (GAP39) pistols that have a receiver with a 3-pin (3-hole) fire control group construction. While these pistols cannot fire automatically, BATF&E has historically held that AK type receivers with 3-pin (3-hole) fire control groups are, by definition, machine gun receivers.
Accordingly, all owners (FFL Dealers or Consumers) of a GAP39 pistol must return their firearms to IWI US, Inc. immediately for either a full refund or you can opt for replacement with a 2-pin (2-hole) pistol within 90 to 120 days.

FFL Dealers and/or Consumers must include a copy of an invoice or receipt with the returned firearm. IWI US cannot issue a refund without a receipt.

There are no safety issues involved with this recall.

IWI US, Inc. will issue a Return Authorization number (RA#) and will issue a “Call Tag” for UPS to pick up the firearm(s) at no cost to the FFL Dealer or Consumer. Returned firearms must have a RA# or they will be refused.

Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your refund.

How many magazines come with the UZI Pro?

The UZI PRO Pistol comes with two magazines: one 20 round magazine and one 25 round magazine.

Will I be able to use my UZI magazines in the new UZI PRO Pistol?

No, UZI PRO magazines can be used with the original UZI pistols and carbines, however older UZI magazines will not be able to be used in the new UZI PRO pistol without modification. This is due to the relocation of the magazine release on the UZI PRO to the polymer pistol grip. The older UZI magazines do not have the proper cutout for the magazine catch of the newer firearms.

What model variations will be available for the Jericho 941?

IWI US, Inc. is currently importing the Jericho 941 series in both polymer and steel frame models. Both polymer and steel frame models are available in full size and mid-size variations. They are available in 9x19mm Para, .40 S&W, and .45 ACP. Please note that .45 ACP is only available in a mid-size steel frame.

How many magazines come with the Jericho 941?

All versions of the Jericho 941 ship with two magazines.

What is the magazine capacity for the Jericho 941 series?

The magazines for the Jericho 941 series are available in 16 and 10 round capacity for 9x19mm Para, 12 and 10 round capacity for .40 S&W, and 10 round capacity for .45 ACP.
