Firearm Return Form

IMPORTANT NOTICE

October 13th RMA intake pause.

As the IWI US relocation to Tennessee goes into full swing we will be initiating a temporary pause on all warranty and non-warranty related RMAs beginning at 11:59pm on October 13th 2025. This pause in intake will allow us to complete any existing RMAs ahead of the move and prevent any customers firearm from being out of their possession during the resulting down time of the transition. We plan to resume our regular RMA process in early December and continue to support our customers in every way logistically possible in the interim. What does this mean for me? Below is a list of scenarios of what to expect:

“I submitted for an RMA on or before the 13th and already shipped to IWI, what about my gun?”

Not to worry, we are completing all outstanding RMAs on hand in Pennsylvania and shipping them back before the move. We anticipate the majority to be on their way back to their homes by the end of October.

“I submitted for an RMA on or before the 13th and already received a prepaid shipping label from IWI, should I still ship it?”

Yes, we are accepting RMAs through this date and will be expediting them as needed to minimize our support downtime as much as possible. We anticipate all outstanding RMAs to be repaired and returning to their owners by early November. It is extremely important that if you receive a prepaid return label from IWI US on the 14th or 15th of October, that you ship your firearm back as quickly as possible to ensure a speedy return. Any outstanding unshipped RMAs will have the return label voided if it is unshipped by October 31st and you will be notified of this and provided with a new RMA number and a new label from the Tennessee facility once the regular process resumes.

“My IWI firearm or suppressor needs repair or service but it’s after the 13th, what do I do?”

We apologize for the obvious inconvenience this creates. Before submitting an RMA form, please call or email our customer service team so we can evaluate other options, potentially resolving your issue without the need to send the firearm back at all. Please note after October 20th we will be unable to ship parts from Customer Service until we are able to in the Tennessee facility. If all else fails and your firearm is absolutely in need of service or repair at our facility, you may still submit the RMA from through our website as normal, but you will only receive your shipping label and approval email when intake resumes. We plan to resume intake in early December and will be working through all pending RMAs in order of their submission with the utmost urgency.

It is vital that you do not attempt to return your firearm or suppressor without an approved RMA using an IWI US supplied prepaid label. Doing so may result in your firearm being delivered incorrectly, or worse, not being delivered to us at all. Use of a supplied IWI US return label ensures it will be delivered to the correct location at the correct time and insures your IWI US product in transit. Again, we do apologize for this inconvenience, but with your adherence to the plan outlined above, we’ll be able to get back to our regular process faster and minimize this downtime for everyone it impacts.

Thank you,

– IWI US Customer Service Management

Owning and using a firearm means taking on great responsibility. Not only for you but the people around you at all times, whether the firearm is being used or stored. Safety is priority number one at IWI US. We strongly urge you to read your Owner’s Manual and the Safety Information supplied to you in the in the literature packet included with your firearm. If you are unfamiliar with firearms, seek supervised instruction from a certified instructor.

First and foremost, always remember the Basics of Safe Gun Handling:

  1. Always keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction.
  2. Firearms should be unloaded when not actually in use.
  3. Don’t rely on the gun’s “safety.”
  4. Be sure of your target and what’s beyond it.
  5. Use correct ammunition.
  6. If you gun fails to fire when the trigger is pulled, handle with care!
  7. Always wear eye and ear protection when shooting.
  8. Be sure the barrel is clear of obstructions before shooting.
  9. Don’t alter or modify your gun and have guns serviced regularly.
  10. Learn the mechanical and handling characteristics of the firearm you are using.

The National Shooting Sports Foundation provides a great deal of safety information free of charge, including personal safety, hunting safety and home safety. IWI US supplies NSSF’s “Firearms Safety Depends on You” pamphlet with every gun.

IWI US includes a quality CA compliant Cable Lock with certain IWI firearms. This lock is intended for use on your IWI firearm and when properly used, will help you secure your firearm from children and unauthorized users. Never attempt to use the cable lock on a loaded firearm. Never insert the cable lock into the trigger guard or trigger area of any firearm. For more information on the proper use of the IWI cable lock, refer to your Owner’s Manual.

  2. Always carry the firearm with an empty chamber and the safety “ON SAFE” to prevent accidental discharge.

  4. Always keep your finger off the trigger and the gun “ON SAFE” until you intend to fire.
  5. Do not alter any parts on this firearm. Do not replace any parts unless you are factory trained to do so and then use only original factory parts from IWI US.
