Return/Refund Policy

We offer 100% Customer Satisfaction.

If you wish to return any item(s) purchased in our web store, you can return them within 30 days of placing your order. Please contact Customer Service at sales@iwi.us so we can send you a return shipping label. Please download the Return & Exchange Form and send that in with your item. All apparel must be unworn and resell-able unless damaged by a manufactures defect. All kits, parts, magazines and accessories must be unused. When we receive your return we will process it within 4 – 6 business days. However, we are not responsible for credit card reimbursement time.

Please note: Open returns and exchanges will be held open for 20 days from the date the return shipping label is issued. After 20 days the label will be unusable and the return will be canceled. Return shipping is free, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.


If You Received A Product That Was Damaged When It Arrived:

If you would like a replacement product please contact Customer Service at sales@iwi.us so we can work with you for this return/replacement. You may be required to provide pictures or return the damaged item.


Exchange Policy:

If you purchased an item and want to exchange that item for a different item it must be done within 30 days of placing your order. All apparel must be unworn and resell-able unless damaged by a manufactures defect. If the item you wish to exchange for is a different price then the item you purchased the difference will need to be calculated and charged or refunded. Please contact Customer Service at sales@iwi.us so we can send you a return shipping label. Please download our Return & Exchange Form and send that in with your item. When we receive your exchange we will process it within 4 – 6 business days.


If You Received the Wrong Product:

Please contact Customer Service at sales@iwi.us so we can send you a return shipping label. Orders are packed and shipped by hand and even though the greatest care is taken to ensure your order is packed correctly mistakes may happen. Incorrect items will be issued a return shipping label and must be scanned into the shipper system before replacements can be sent. Thank you for your understanding. When shipping the product back to the IWI Web Store please include a copy of our Return & Exchange Form.


Refund Policy:

When we receive your return we will process your refund within 4 – 6 business days. While we will process your return or exchange in a timely manner, we are not responsible for your credit card reimbursement time.

IWI US, Inc. is not responsible for shipping carrier errors or delays.
If you are contacted by IWI US, Inc. in regards to an invalid address or address error it may delay the shipping of your order. If you do not provide a valid or correct address and your order is returned to IWI US, Inc. you may be required to pay additional postage and provide a different address or your order may be canceled.
