Magazine Shipping Policy

Please check your local and state laws before you place an order for magazines. It is your responsibility to ensure you follow all local, state and federal laws in regards to possession, sale and use of any magazines. If you place an order for a magazine with a higher capacity then your local or state laws allow we will be unable to ship the order and will cancel your order and refund your credit card. This includes all conversion kits with magazines. We are unable to remove or replace the magazines as it is sold as a complete kit. Contact a local FFL with our Distributors list to obtain a conversion kit.

At this time we are unable to make any exceptions for law enforcement or any other parties that may be exempt to the laws (including FFL holders) however you may be able to obtain magazines using our Distributors or Law Enforcement Distributors.

All magazines with a capacity greater than ten (10) rounds cannot be shipped to:
  • California
  • Connecticut
  • Illinois (rifle only)
  • Maryland
  • Massachusetts
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Oregon
  • Rhode Island
  • Vermont (rifle only)
  • Washington
  • Washington, D.C.
All magazines with a capacity greater than fifteen (15) rounds cannot be shipped to:
  • Colorado
  • Illinois (handgun only)
  • Vermont (handgun only)
All magazines with a capacity greater than seventeen (17) rounds cannot be shipped to:
  • Delaware
No magazine with a capacity greater than ten (10) that can be used for a handgun can be shipped to Hawaii.
Export Notice:

Magazines are items controlled for export by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). These controls take the form of export regulations and export license requirements.

As part of the express consideration provided for receipt of IWI US’s goods, technical data and/or services, you, our customer, acknowledge that the export, re-export or other transfer, directly or indirectly, of the goods, technical data and/or services provided by IWI US in violation of U.S. law is prohibited. Customers acquiring ITAR goods, technical data and/or services from IWI US shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary U.S. or other government authorization required to ensure compliance with applicable export laws.
