What kind of warranty does IWI US, Inc. offer?

IWI US, Inc. offers a 5 Year Limited Product Warranty commencing from the date of initial retail purchase.

Where can I buy IWI rifles or other firearms?

IWI US supplies the US market through wholesale distributors. To order please have your FFL dealer contact any distributor listed on our distributor page. 

How do I request service/warranty/repair work for my IWI US, Inc. product?

If you believe repair work or service is required for your IWI US, Inc. firearm, please complete our Firearm Return Form here.

If you have questions you can contact Customer Service by phone at 717-695-2081 between 8:30am-4pm (EST) Monday through Friday or by email at CSReturns@iwi.us.

If I live in Canada, will I be able to buy from IWI US, Inc.?

IWI US, Inc. only sells their products within the United States. We do not export.

How can I obtain an IWI US catalog?

You can download digital versions of any of our catalogs here, we no longer have a printed version.

How can I obtain a manual for an IWI US, Inc. product?

IWI firearms do not come with a printed manual. You can download a digital version here.

Does IWI US, Inc. offer tours of its Middletown, PA facility?

IWI US, Inc. is an ITAR manufacturing facility and is not open to the general public for tours of any kind.

Am I able to purchase small parts such as springs, screws, firing pins, etc.?

Yes, these items are currently available on our web store.

Do IWI firearms come with a cleaning kit?

Cleaning kits are not provided with any IWI firearm.

I placed an order and now I need to add or remove an item. What can I do?

If your order has been picked up by one of our shipping partners we cannot change the items ordered or cancel the order. We ship Monday – Friday. If your order has not been packed we may be able to edit the order. Please contact Web Store Customer Service at sales@iwi.us.

I'm looking for an item not on the web store. Who do I contact?

If the item is not on the web store you can contact us at info@iwi.us or call and ask for general Customer Service at 717-695-2081, Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4 PM ET. Customer Service will do their best to help you.

Do you take backorders?

We only sell items we have in stock. We do not take backorders but if you sign up to be notified when an item is available, you will receive an email informing you that the requested product is now in stock in the web store.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington D.C. and the U.S. Territories. Please see our Shipping Policy here for more information on shipping.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

You may ship to a P.O. Box if you ship using USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.

If you place an order and have it shipped to a P.O. Box but do not choose USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail we will attempt to contact you for a different address or change your shipping method. This will delay the time it takes to ship your items and no refunds will be issued for shipping changes. If your order is shipped to a PO Box location via UPS and is returned to us your order will be refunded and no refund will be issued for shipping.

I want to change my shipping method or address after I have placed an order. Can I do this?

You can contact Web Store Customer Service at sales@iwi.us to see if we can change the shipping address. If your order has not been picked up by one of our shipping partners we should be able to change the address.

Once your order is placed we cannot change the shipping method. If your order has not been picked up by one of our shipping partners we can cancel the order and you can place a new order. We ship Monday – Friday. You can contact Web Store Customer Service at sales@iwi.us to see if this is possible.

UPS offers UPS My Choice which may also allow you to change shipping method, shipping address and other delivery options if you have shipped via UPS.

How fast can I get my order?

We will try to accommodate all orders placed as fast as possible. We ship Monday – Friday. We offer UPS Express shipping options if you need an item fast. Please see our Shipping Policy for details on shipping times.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

IWI US, Inc. is not responsible for shipping carrier errors or delays. Orders are packed and shipped by hand and even though the greatest care is taken to ensure your order is packed correctly mistakes may happen. If your order is incorrect, damaged or not delivered please contact Customer Service at sales@iwi.us within 15 days of receipt of your order and we will do our best to correct the issue. If your order is lost or stolen please contact Customer Service at sales@iwi.us as soon as possible. If your package is lost we will file a lost package report with either USPS or UPS. It may take 2-4 weeks for a package to be found and delivered. If your package is not found we will issue a re-ship or refund, at our discretion. If your package is listed as delivered and is not found it will be determined it was stolen you may be requested to file a police report with a copy to us. A refund or re-ship (with a signature) will be issued. If a package is stolen your account and address my be blocked for future shipments. If an account is deemed fraudulent the account and address will be locked for future shipments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I don't have an email address or I don't want to make an account. How can I place an order?

We do not have a “Guest” purchase function in our web store. You must create an account to order online. Please note that by creating an account you will have easy access to orders you have placed and your information will be saved for future purchases. Even if we could offer a guest purchase we will would still need your address, phone number and an email address to process the order.

Also note we do not save your credit card information when you create an account.

Do you collect sales tax?

We currently collect sales tax for Pennsylvania, Illinois, North Carolina, Virginia, Indiana, Massachusetts and Michigan residents. In some states sales tax applies to all items purchased except for apparel. Sales tax also applies to the shipping cost.

Is it safe to use my credit card/debit card here?

Yes! All credit card sales are processed by a third party credit card processing center using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption and they are PCI Compliant. Our web store also uses secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect your personal information.

My payment failed or was declined. What happened?

Please confirm your billing address is correct, your credit card number is correct and your 3 or 4 digit card security code is correct and try again or try another card. We suggest also calling your credit issuer if the problem persists.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We accept debit cards from Visa or MasterCard only.

Do you accept checks or money orders?

We only take credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover) to process orders. We can also accept Visa and Master Card debit cards.

Do you have gift certificates or gift cards?

Yes! You can send a friend or loved one a Gift Certificate via email as store credit. You can find them here!

What Tavor items are compatible between the Tavor SAR, the Tavor X95 and/or the Tavor 7?

If an item is titled “Tavor” it will be compatible with both the Tavor SAR and the Tavor X95. Some of these items will also work with the Tavor 7 and some Tavor 7 items may work with the Tavor SAR/Tavor X95. Further information will be listed in the description of the item. All items will be listed in the correct store pages for each platform so selecting Tavor X95 will show only the items that will be compatible with the Tavor X95.

If an item is titled “Tavor” it is for the Tavor SAR and the Tavor X95. It may also be listed as usable with the Tavor 7
If an item is titled “Tavor SAR” it is only for the Tavor SAR
If an item is titled “Tavor X95” it is only for the Tavor X95 unless otherwise noted
If an item is titled “Tavor 7” it is for the Tavor 7 and may be listed as usable with the Tavor SAR/Tavor X95

Do you sell firearms from the web store?

We currently have a limited run of Tavor SAR IDF models for sale on our web store here. For any other firearms please see our Distributor List.

How do sales or discount codes work?

We may have a store wide sale or offer a discount coupon. We will always note when the sale takes place or when the discount code is valid as well as the discount applied. Please note all times given are in Eastern Standard Time. Discounts will apply automatically when checking out for store wide sales. If you have a coupon code it must be entered in the code part of the cart. Orders will only be for in stock items and will only be on iwi.us/store and cannot be applied to items purchased elsewhere or for out of stock items. Sales cannot be applied to items already purchased. Only one discount per order unless otherwise noted. Discount codes may only be used once unless otherwise noted. Store wide sales and discount codes may not be stacked unless otherwise noted.

I forgot to enter a discount code but already processed my payment. Can I still get the discount? Or my discount code did not work. Help!

If you placed an order that you had a coupon code for but forgot to enter the code upon checkout we can apply the discount to the order and refund your card if you contact us in a timely manner.

If you tried to enter the code and it did not work please double check the spelling and note coupon codes will be good for the dates provided with all times as Eastern Standard Time so it may no longer be active.

How old should I be to place an order?

You must be at least 18 years old or be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over to place an order on our web store.

What will you do with the information you collect?

We will never sell, trade, rent or share your information with anyone. The information we collect from you will only be used to process your order and ship it to your desired shipping address. We may contact you about your order or ask you to take a survey. By completing an order you may be sent our newsletter. You can opt-out to receive that at anytime.

I need to change my address/phone number/email address or my password. How can I do this?

If you log into your account and go to the section “my account” you can update any of your information including changing your password.

If you have forgotten your password please click the “lost your password?” link in the login section and enter your email address to reset your password. If you seem to not be receiving the email please add sales@iwi.us to your address book or check your spam folder.

How do I delete my account?

You can contact us at sales@iwi.us and we can delete your account.

Tavor X95 & Tavor SAR

What do I need to do to convert my TAVOR X95 or TAVOR SAR to the opposite hand configuration?

For your convenience, Left/Right Hand Conversions for our Tavor SAR and Tavor X95 can be performed by IWI, US Certified Armorers. You can find a list of them on the left hand conversion page here.

You also have the option of sending your rifle here to the IWI US facility in Middletown, Pennsylvania. A conversion is $124.00 plus $50 shipping for a total of $174.00. The total includes shipping to IWI and return shipping to you when the conversion is complete. You’ll receive your original bolt back as well as a barrel wrench and can perform any future conversions yourself by following the instructions provided in the owner’s manual. Please see our Firearm Return Form for details.

How many magazines come with the Tavor X95 or Tavor SAR rifle?

The Tavor X95 and Tavor SAR comes with one magazine.

Does the Tavor X95 or Tavor SAR come with a cleaning kit?

A cleaning kit is not provided with the Tavor X95 or the Tavor SAR. If you want an IWI cleaning kit for the Tavor X95 or Tavor SAR you can get one here!

I already own an AR-15, will I be able to use my AR-15/M16/STANAG type magazines in my Tavor X95 or Tavor SAR?

Yes, the Tavor X95 and Tavor SAR chambered in 5.56 NATO accepts all 5.56 NATO/.223 REM AR-15/M16/STANAG magazines.

What magazines will the Tavor X95 or Tavor SAR 9mm conversion kits use?

The 9x19mm conversion kit for the Tavor X95 and Tavor SAR take a modified Colt style AR-15 9mm magazine.

Can the Tavor X95 or Tavor SAR 9mm caliber conversion kit be set up in the left hand configuration?

Yes, Tavor X95 and Tavor SAR 9x19mm caliber conversions can be configured to left hand without any additional parts.

What optics come with the Tavor X95 and Tavor SAR?

The Tavor X95 and Tavor SAR Flattop series come with a full length Mil-Std Picatinny rail for mounting optics, or mechanical sighting systems. They also include integral back up “flip-up” sights built into the rail. The Tavor SAR IDF model comes standard with a Meprolight MEPRO 21 Day/Night illuminated reflex sight mounted directly to the barrel.

What is the thread pitch for Tavor X95 and Tavor SAR barrels?

The Tavor X95 and Tavor SAR 300 AAC “Blackout” barrel utilizes a 5/8x24mm thread pitch.
The Tavor X95 and Tavor SAR 9x19mm (9mm Para) barrel utilizes a 1/2×36 thread pitch.
The Tavor X95 and Tavor SAR 5.56 NATO (5.56x45mm) barrel utilizes a 1/2×28 thread pitch.

What is the barrel twist rate of the Tavor X95 and Tavor SAR?

The twist rate of the barrel in 5.56NATO is 1:7, right hand.
The twist rate of the barrel in 300 AAC “Blackout” is 1:7, right hand.
The twist rate of the barrel in 9mm Parabellum is 1:10, right hand.

Is the barrel of the Tavor X95 and Tavor SAR Chrome Lined?

The barrel and chamber of the Tavor X95 and Tavor SAR in 5.56NATO and 300 AAC “Blackout” are  chromed lined.
The barrel and chamber of the Tavor X95 and Tavor SAR in 9mm are not chrome lined.

What do I need to do to convert my Tavor 7 to the opposite hand configuration?

The Tavor 7 can be used in either right or left hand configuration. To convert to left hand operation please follow the instructions in the manual in section 11 Conversion to Left Hand Operation. You can find a copy of the manual here.

How many magazines come with the Tavor 7 rifle?

The Tavor 7 comes with one Magpul LR/SR 20 round magazine.

Does the Tavor 7 come with a cleaning kit?

A cleaning kit is not provided with the Tavor 7.

What is the thread pitch for Tavor 7 barrels?

The Tavor 7 barrel utilizes a 5/8x24mm thread pitch.

What is the barrel twist rate of the Tavor 7?

The twist rate of the barrel is 1:12″ twist, 4 grooves, right hand.

MASADA

How many magazines come with the MASADA?

The MASADA will ship with two magazines.

What is the magazine capacity for the MASADA?

The magazines for the MASADA are available in 17 and 10 round capacity for 9x19mm Para.

Does the MASADA come with a cleaning kit?

A cleaning kit is not provided with the MASADA.

Will the RMR plate work with Holosun optics?

The RMR plate will only work with Holosun optics that share the RMR footprint, The supplied Masada RMR screws are to long and will need trimmed to 9MM length. This is achieved by removing around 5 threads from the factory supplied screws OR purchasing M3x-0.50x9MM screws. Mounting the Holosun optic without the proper screw length will damage the extractor spring and may cause issues with the firearm going into battery.

In what calibers are the GALIL ACE available?

The GALIL ACE series of firearms are available in 7.62x39mm, 7.62x51mm NATO (.308 Winchester), and 5.56x45mm NATO (.223 Remington).

What magazines are compatible with the GALIL ACE?

The GALIL ACE in 7.62x39mm accept most standard AK-47/AKM type magazines. Note: IWI US, Inc. cannot guarantee compatibility with all AK-47/AKM type magazines.
The GALIL ACE in 7.62x51mm NATO (.308 Winchester) accept SR25 type magazines.
The Galil ACE in 5.56x45mm NATO (.223 Remington) accept AR15/M16/M4 STANAG type magazines.

How many magazines come with the GALIL ACE?

The GALIL ACE come with one magazine.

Do any models of the Galil come with a cleaning kit?

A cleaning kit is not provided with any of the Galil models.

What model variations are available for the GALIL ACE?

The GALIL ACE, in all three calibers, is available in three model variations. A pistol, a pistol with a stabilizing brace, and a rifle.

How many magazines come with the UZI Pro?

The UZI Pro comes with two magazines: one 20 round magazine and one 25 round magazine. A 32 round magazine is also available in the web store here.

Will I be able to use my UZI magazines in the new UZI Pro?

UZI magazines are not compatible with the UZI Pro. This is due to the relocation of the magazine release, on the UZI Pro, to the polymer pistol grip. The older UZI magazines do not have the proper cutout for the magazine catch of the newer firearms.

UZI Pro magazines are compatible with the original UZI pistols and carbines as they have the additional cut outs.

What model variations are available?

The Jericho 941 is available in 9mm as the F9 (full size steel frame) and FS9 (mid size steel frame).

What model variations are discontinued?

The Jericho 941 PL9 (full size polymer frame 9mm), PSL9 (mid size polymer frame 9mm), FS45 (mid size steel frame .45) and the JGear kits.

How many magazines come with the Jericho 941 or Jericho Enhanced?

All versions of the Jericho 941 ship with two magazines.

What is the magazine capacity for the Jericho 941 or Jericho Enhanced?

The magazines for the Jericho 941 are 16 and 10 round for 9mm Para, 12 and 10 round for the .40 S&W and 10 round for .45 ACP.

The magazines provided with the Jericho Enhanced are 9mm 17 round Mec-Gar magazines or 10 round 9mm Jericho 941 magazines. The 16 and 10 round 9mm Jericho 941 magazines are also compatible with the Jericho Enhanced.

Do any models of the Jericho come with a cleaning kit?

A cleaning kit is not provided with any of the Jericho models.
