Weapon Warranty Terms & Conditions
This Warranty is given by IWI, US, Inc. solely to the original purchaser (the “Purchaser”) of an IWI US, Inc. firearm (the “Product”) for a period of 5 years commencing from the date of Product retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”). Subject to the limitations and exclusions contained in the full text of the Limited Product Warranty found in the firearm’s Operator Manual, IWI US, Inc. warrants the Product to be free from defects in design, materials and workmanship. Consequently, should any failure to conform to this Warranty be discovered and brought to the attention of IWI US Inc. during the Warranty Period, and be substantiated by examination at IWI US, Inc.’s facility or by duly authorized and certified field personnel on IWI US, Inc.’s behalf, IWI US, Inc. at its sole option and free of charge, shall either repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any non-conforming Product.
THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND AS PROVIDED HEREINABOVE IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER, AND IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, COURSE OF DEALING AND USAGE OF TRADE. IN NO EVENT SHALL IWI US, Inc. BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER, PURCHASER’S CUSTOMERS OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY) FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND, OR PERSONAL INJURIES OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER, OR LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ABILITY OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT TO THE FULL EXTENT THESE DAMAGES MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
IWI Silencers
This policy pertains to Silencers only!
IWI US provides a conditional lifetime warranty on all our suppressors against manufacturing defects or breakage associated with the intended normal use of the product. At the company’s sole discretion, we will replace or repair our products as previously stated. Modified, abused, or misused products that require replacement or repair may also be repaired by IWI US Silencers at the customer’s expense.
IWI US does not assume any other additional express or implied warranties. The warranty policy does not apply, as stated, to modified, abused, neglected, or misused products outside the scope of their intended use. IWI US does not warranty or accept damages associated with operator error, host weapons, ammunition, or any other cause or event not specifically stated herein. Any or all the stated non-covered circumstances can cause death or injury to the user or another third party. IWI US neither expressly nor impliedly accepts any such liabilities.
Understanding that the there is a constantly growing number of adapter and mount designs in the market, IWI US will only warranty suppressors that are used with products on the IWI US Approved Adapters & Mounts List. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

A copy of your Form 3 or Form 4
NOTICE: DO NOT SHIP THE SUPPRESSOR FOR REPAIR WITHOUT FIRST COMPLETING THE FORM AND RECEIVING A CONFIRMED RMA NUMBER. DO NOT SHIP IN ANY EVENT WITHOUT A COPY OF THE APPROVED BATF FORM.
When you ship the suppressor back to the manufacturer, please include a printed copy of the completed RMA form which will be emailed to you by the IWI US Customer Service Department after your online form submission is received. If your suppressor is not eligible for repair or replacement, you may purchase a replacement suppressor at a fixed percentage off the MSRP for the same or similar suppressor. Please contact our Customer Service Department for further details and requirements.
