Return & Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
Note: any order placed October 16th, 2025 – October 22nd, 2025, cannot be returned due to the pending relocation to Tennessee. All sales within those dates are finial.
Any order placed before October 16, 2025, can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
We will not issue Return Authorization Numbers after October 16th, 2025.
Any order that you wish to return that qualifies for return after October 16th, 2025, will not be processed until we are able to ship in Tennessee.
Any open returns not received by October 31, 2025, will not be valid for return.
Shipping items that may arrive to us after October 31st, 2025, may result in the package being lost or not delivered to the correct location and no refunds will be issued for lost packages.
If you wish to return an items purchased from our web store, you can return them within 15 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at sales@iwi.us to receive a Return Authorization Number and download the Return & Exchange Form and send that in with your items. All apparel must be unworn, unwashed and resell-able. All kits, parts and accessories must be unused, resell-able (undamaged) and contain all parts/items in the package. All sealed items (including magazines) must be unopened in original packaging. If your third party product is found to be damaged or defective after it was removed from the packaging we are unable to accept a return and will refer you to the manufacture. When we receive your return we will process it within 4 – 6 business days. However, we are not responsible for credit card reimbursement time. Free of charge items included with your purchase must also be returned when you return your order or companion item (excluding stickers, zipper pulls and any otherwise noted items). You are responsible for return shipping cost. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Please ensure your package is properly packed and items are secure. Damaged items will be returned to you. We cannot process a return for items that are lost/missing from the package/damaged or otherwise mishandled by your chosen shipping carrier. You may want to consider insurance for your return package.
We are unable to take returns/exchanges of items from Spiritus Systems after 10 days of recipt of your order.
Some items are non-refundable including firearms, opposite hand conversions for firearms and products that include a finial sale note in the description.
Any return or exchange sent without the return form and return authorization number are subject to refusal and may be returned to you at your cost.
Exchange Policy:
If you purchased an item and want to exchange that item for a different item it must be done within 15 days of receiving your order. All items containing parts must include all parts/items in the package. All sealed items (including magazines) must be in unopened original packaging. A refund and/or store credit will be provided so you can place a new order. When we receive your exchange we will process it within 4 – 6 business days. You are responsible for return shipping cost. Exchange Policy For Apparel:
If you purchased an apparel item and want to exchange that item for a different size it must be done within 15 days of receiving your order. All apparel must be unworn, unwashed and resell-able unless there is a manufactures defect. Please contact us at sales@iwi.us so we can send you a return shipping label and Return Authorization Number. Please download our Return & Exchange Form and send that in with your item. When we receive your exchange we will process it within 4 – 6 business days. We can only exchange apparel once. Please note: Open returns and exchanges where we provide a return label will be held open for 15 days from the date the return shipping label is issued. After 15 days the label will be unusable and the return/exchange will be canceled. Return shipping for wrong products is free, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
If You Received A Product That Is Damaged, Defective or Missing Parts:
If your product is manufactured by a third party other than IWI we will refer you to the manufacturer. If your product is an IWI made product to obtain a replacement product please contact us at sales@iwi.us. You may be required to provide pictures and/or return the damaged item for an exchange/refund and this must be done within 15 days. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
We are unable to take returns/exchanges on damaged, defective or missing parts from Spiritus Systems items after 10 days of recipt of your order. Please see Spiritus Systems’s terms and conditions section VIII.
If You Received the Wrong Product:
Please contact Customer Service at sales@iwi.us so we can send you a return shipping label. Orders are packed and shipped by hand and even though the greatest care is taken to ensure your order is packed correctly mistakes may happen. Incorrect items will be issued a return shipping label to return them and your correct order will be shipped by the same method you chose when checking out. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note: Open returns and exchanges where we provide a return label will be held open for 15 days from the date the return shipping label is issued. After 15 days the label will be unusable and the return/exchange will be canceled. Return shipping for wrong products is free, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Refund Processing:
When we receive your return we will process your refund/exchange within 4 – 6 business days. While we will process your return or exchange in a timely manner, we are not responsible for your credit card reimbursement time.
Orders Over 15 Days:
We are unable to accept returns on orders after 15 days of receiving your order.
Finial Sale Products:
Any product that includes a finial sale note in the description cannot be returned.
IWI US, Inc. is not responsible for shipping carrier errors or delays.
If you are contacted by IWI US, Inc. in regards to an invalid address or address error it may delay the shipping of your order. If you do not provide a valid or correct the address and your order is returned to IWI US, Inc. you may be required to pay additional postage and/or provide a different address or your order may be canceled and refunded (excluding shipping). If we do not receive conformation on the address within 10 days we may cancel your order and issue a full refund. When you place an order on iwi.us you agree the above return & refund terms and understand any violation of these terms or credit card chargeback may result in an order cancelation, item return refusal and/or a block on your account to prevent future purchases. We reserve the right to cancel orders, refuse returns/exchanges for any reason outside of the 15 day window, the right to block your account to prevent future purchases for any reason we deem and the right to change, update or amend theses terms at any time.
