Employee Spotlight | Tammy Sersch

Tammy Sersch works in our Shipping Department at IWI U.S. and is an incredibly hard working member of our team.

Sersch most enjoys working for IWI because of the team she is surrounded by, who she says are kind. 

“I like that the company is family-oriented, and I couldn’t ask for a nicer group of people to work for and work with,” Sersch said.

Her favorite firearm is the Masada Pistol, which she said is great for beginners and enthusiasts alike.

“As a first time gun owner, its simplistic design and ease of use really stood out to me,” Sersch said. “The Masada offers good ammo capacity and is a very concealable package.”

She likes that The Masada is small enough to fit in her purse but also large enough to help mitigate recoil.

“It is the perfect choice for any first time gun owner and enthusiast alike, as it comes with optics ready straight out of the box,” she said.

When she isn’t working at IWI, she has quite a few hobbies and interests. She says she loves travelling and has a few other skills up her sleeve, like crafting.

“In my spare time, I like to make jewelry and enjoy traveling with my friends,” she said.

IWI is pleased to have a team member who is so hardworking, and who has proven to be a valuable asset after only 1 year with IWI; which is why we have chosen her for our employee spotlight this month.
